Mario Mantese was born in Switzerland between mountains and lakes. At the age of thirteen, he was already a passionate bass player. When he was twenty years old, he met the
American music group "Heatwave", which at that time was playing in a small night-club in Switzerland. This is where Mario joined the band. At that time Heatwave lived in Germany. A few years later Rod Temperton joined the band, which then moved to England. From there huge hits like "Boogie nights", "Always and forever" and "Groove line" conquered the charts of the United
States and other countries. Over ten million records were sold and four nominations for the Grammy Awards crowned their success. One of the highlights of Mario's music career was the sold-out concert at Madison Square Garden in New York, playing for more than 20'000 enthusiastic fans. |

But there was always a deep spiritual dimension in Mario's life. From a very young age on, he was attracted by the secrets of the hidden world. He was fascinated by metaphysical philosophy and wrote spiritual poems. Already then he was unknowingly pre-paring himself for his future life.
The great turning point in his life came after a gala evening in London. On his way back home he was attacked and stabbed in the heart. Clinically dead since 6 minutes and with a great loss of blood, he was brought to a hospital. |

During the long operation (open heart surgery), he fell into a deep coma, which lasted five weeks.During his time of death, Mario made a tremendous journey through the
beyond. This deep and strong experience in the other world caused a total transformation of his entire being. The walk through the beyond is described in his first book "Visionen des Todes" ("Vision of death").
The moment Mario came out of his coma, he realized that he was blind, completely paralyzed and unable to speak. During his long journey into the beyond, which appeared to him like a thousand years, he discovered hidden powers and an infinite universe within himself.

Thanks to that new spiritual knowledge and a tremendous willpower he managed to overcome his terrible condition. Today he can see, walk and talk and he travels all over the world
to share his experience. Doctors nicknamed him "the walking miracle".
For almost three years he lived in India, a country that again changed his life completely. His newest book is an extraordinary and impressive testimony of that.
